Jesse joined Genz-Ryan/IDC in August 2015, with extensive knowledge in construction, and CAD design. He was brought into a role where he’d be utilized in the CAD department, and as on-site measure tech. After gaining a wealth of knowledge, he was brought in the office full-time where he could focus his attention on the engineering aspect, and help drive the team forward. In May 2017 he was sent to Park Industries where he received his certification to program CNC machines, and take over as the “main” programmer within the department. Eventually, he was given the opportunity to manage the department, and help drive the team in the right direction.
In managing the team he believes that utilizing traction metrics and training processes is a crucial component to holding our team accountable, and striving for success. Jesse believes strongly in our core values when it comes to right person, right seat.
Jesse is a graduate of South Central College (Mankato) with a degree in Construction Field Supervision, and Architectural drafting/ design technology.
